Dragon Insurance was founded in April 1998 by Maria, with the aim of helping residents and expatriates understand how insurance works in Spain and choose policies that offer dependable protection.
From the beginning, the focus has been on providing clear advice and personal service. Insurance policies can often appear similar at first glance, but the details of what is included — and how claims are handled — can vary significantly between insurers. Helping clients understand those differences has always been an important part of our work.
Today the company remains family-run, continuing the same straightforward approach that it started with. Clients know they can speak directly with someone who understands their situation, rather than dealing with call centres or automated systems.
